MBA Degree Programs:
Early Advantage MBA (EAMBA) is a full-time MBA program that is designed for talented and diverse groups of students seeking to take advantage of the many opportunities offered to recent college graduates with little or no work experience or the working professional who wants to enhance his or her career or personal growth.

Professional MBA (PMBA) is designed especially for the busy professional seeking to pursue an MBA in the evening on a part-time basis, without sacrificing quality. The PMBA Program offers working students the same quality courses taught by the same outstanding faculty as our nationally ranked full-time program.

Saturday MBA (SMBA) is an intensive 19-month program structured to provide business professionals the necessary skills required in today's fast paced business environment. This program has been specially designed to meet the needs of working professionals (business people, doctors, lawyers, etc.). One of the major advantages of this MBA program is the caliber of your fellow students.

Corporate MBA (CMBA) is a general management program structured to provide present and future senior executives with timely and essential business skills and knowledge. The Corporate MBA program consists of 19-months of classes over a 21-month period. This intensive curriculum focuses on local, national, and international business issues. Please be advised that this program is being redesigned and updated for the class that will enroll in the fall of 2010.

Previous academic records, score on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), prior work experience, and leadership skills are among the factors that are evaluated during the admission process. You do not have to have an undergraduate business major to enroll in any of the MBA programs at the Crummer School. The Crummer School also waives the application fees for any military personnel who have been active within three years prior to applying to the MBA program.

Description of Learning Environment for Students:
The vision of the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College is to be a recognized leader in graduate business education with the reputation for producing highly successful managers and leaders. The Crummer School is one of the smallest top ranked business schools in America. Our largest classes only have about 40 students, and the typical elective course has 20 to 25 students-much smaller than many other top-ranked schools. At the Crummer School you get to know your professors and your classmates, developing professional associations and personal friendships that will last for the rest of your life. Each MBA class moves through the program as a cohort, sharing the same educational experience. Individual participation in classroom discussions is emphasized, as well as working in group study teams. Your team of diverse professionals is assigned during orientation and remains together throughout most of the program. Teams meet outside of regular classes to prepare for group presentations, study for tests, and act as support systems by helping members succeed in accomplishing the necessary assignments. This team-based approach has lead to Crummer having one of the highest graduation rates in the country.

Faculty:
Rollins MBA faculty members hold the highest degrees in their field and the school only hires at the associate or full faculty level. The school does not hire freshly minted PhDs into tenured track faculty positions. For students this means that the person teaching your class has had extensive experience teaching MBA students. This is enhanced by the fact that our faculty only teach on the graduate level, so truly understand the needs of MBA students. The school also never uses teaching or graduate assistants in the classroom environment. Crummer faculty have written more than 90 textbooks that are used throughout the world and many of the Crummer faculty have won awards for their innovative teaching and research methods.
