At Questrom you’ve got options. We have a variety of degrees to fit your goals, needs, and lifestyle. Each of our MBA offerings grants you the same Master of Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business – but how you get there will look a little different.

Full-Time MBA – residential 2-year program, 64 credits:
With our modular curriculum, experiential learning opportunities, and direct access to the vibrant Boston business community, Questrom gives you all the tools you need to make a serious impact—in the field and across the globe. What’s more, you’ll do it all in a school that lets you design your path for the career of your dreams through focus areas and 100+ electives.

Professional Evening MBA – hybrid program for working professionals, 55 credits:
We've designed this part-time MBA program to meet your needs as a working professional – so you’ll be able to apply your new knowledge and experience to your work immediately. With the flexibility of our part-time MBA, you can take most of your core either in person or online. We also offer week-long intensives, evening classes, and half-semester Saturday classes – where you can tailor the curriculum to your schedule.

Online MBA – online program for mid-career working professionals, 45 credits:
Delivered 100% online, the Questrom Online MBA is a convenient and accessible option that allows you to earn your MBA from a top-ranked institution in as little as two years. This part-time program is designed for mid-career working professionals, so you can gain the business knowledge you need to advance in your career without having to put anything in your life on hold. Developed and delivered by the same world-class faculty who teach in our top-ranked, on-campus MBA programs, the Online MBA will allow you to advance critical capabilities required to make management decisions in the complex global business ecosystem.

Tuition & Scholarship Information

Boston University Questrom School of Business has varying price points for its graduate degree programs.

For the Full-time MBA, we offer an array of merit-based scholarships to candidates. All candidates who apply to the Full-Time MBA program are considered for scholarship and will be notified at the time of admission. For the most recent incoming class 80% of admitted students received some form of merit-based scholarship with the average award exceeding half tuition. For the Professional Evening MBA, we offer merit-based scholarships. Scholarships are awarded based on a number of factors, including academic performance, professional work experience, leadership and overall profile. Scholarships are given as one-time, non-renewable awards to be applied toward tuition only. A separate application for scholarship consideration is not needed. Unfortunately, institutional scholarships are not available to Online MBA students; however, scholarships are available from a variety of external sources. Visit our financial aid pages more details. The Online MBA program also offers a competitive price point of $4,147 per module or $25,000 total tuition for the program.

Military Candidate Benefits

Boston University has a dedicated Veterans & Military Services Office whose aim is to service as the liaison between the University and the VA & DOD, and will assist with processing VA benefits such as Ch. 33 Post 9/11 GI Bill®, Ch. 35 Dependents Educational Assistance, Ch. 31 Veteran Readiness and Employment, as well as DOD Military Tuition Assistance, and more. At Questrom, we are proud to have both military veterans and active-duty personnel from all branches of the US military in our programs and offer support in a variety of ways:

Yellow Ribbon Program
Boston University provides 52 Yellow Ribbon awards, and eligible students receive an additional $7,000 per year. Learn more at bu.edu/veterans.

Boston University is proud to participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program, an agreement with the Veterans Administration (VA) to fund tuition expenses that exceed the highest public in-state undergraduate tuition rate. Individuals with active duty service since September 11, 2001, may be eligible for this benefit and can apply online at United States Department of Veterans Affairs. As a 2010-2011 academic year participant in the Post-9/11 GI Bill’s Yellow Ribbon Program (YRP), Boston University will provide 20 students with Yellow Ribbon scholarships on a first-come, first-served basis. The University will contribute up to $2,600 per student per semester (fall, spring, and summer) that will be matched by the Veterans Administration. Please click here for more information.

Dean’s Scholarship (Full-Time MBA)
In our effort to attract the highest quality candidates from around the world, the Dean’s Scholarship program provides awards ranging from $10,000 to full tuition per year for candidates with outstanding professional, academic, and personal qualities. Both domestic and international candidates will be considered for these awards.

Application Fee Waiver
We are honored to provide application fee waivers for our military veterans and active-duty applicants, valued at $125. In order to take advantage of the application fee waiver, please fill out the form found here. We will process the waiver and send you a coupon code to enter upon submission.

The Questrom Veterans Club
The Questrom Veterans Club is aimed at creating support and comradery for Questrom student-veterans. Military service is an uncommon experience that is best understood by those who have worn a uniform. It is important for veterans to remain connected to other veterans, not only as part of their transition to civilian life or student life, but also to maintain a sense of belonging to a group that can best understand their experiences. Through networking events, volunteer work and awareness raising events, the club will help our student-veterans connect with the greater veteran community of Boston and enhance their time at as a student at Questrom.
