The Smith School is proud of our integration of academic theory and real-life integration of concepts. Students are encouraged to participate in action-learning projects through classroom learning, student organizations and other opportunities for real-time, real-data experiential learning. Smith is well known for our collaborative community for academics, professional development and social activities. Learning is not limited to the classrooms and laboratories – learning is also fostered through presentations and programming from the Smith Centers of Excellence and the Office of Career Services.

The Smith Experience focus areas include: Consulting, Entrepreneurship, Global, Investing and Social Value Creation.

These diverse and unique opportunities are relevant for career transtioners, those exploring new functional areas or industries and for those students who have not worked in the US.
